Tatiana A. Terentyeva is the Deputy Director General of Personnel at the State Atomic Energy Corporation “ROSATOM”. After obtaining her degree in Economics from the Russian State Agrarian University, she embarked on a career path that ultimately made her a key player in the field of human resources and organizational development for major corporations.

With a wealth of experience, she held the position of Deputy Director General for Personnel and Organizational Development at “Exmo” Publishing House from 2005 to 2011. Since 2011, she has been an integral part of the ROSATOM. Her journey reflects her commitment to personal and organizational growth. 

Her areas of interest span a wide spectrum within HR Management, from HR strategy formulation and implementation to leadership assessment and development. She has been an instrumental part of various projects that led ROSATOM to greater success, including HR development during the pandemic and fostering global professional connections. At both national and international levels, she leads initiatives aimed at enhancing personnel training, navigating the international labor market, and supporting organizational change, showcasing her dedication to driving impactful change on a global scale.
