Mrs. Tatiana Semenova is a distinguished medical professional with over three decades of experience in healthcare. Born in 1970, she embarked on her journey in the medical field in 1987, starting as a junior nurse. Her dedication and passion led to excel her academically, graduating with a degree in General Medicine from Russian State Medical University in 1995.

In 2000, Mrs. Semenova achieved the academic milestone of becoming a Candidate of Medical Science. Subsequently, she joined the Faculty of the Russian State Medical University as an Assistant at the Department of General Surgery, where she contributed significantly to medical education and research.

Throughout her career, Mrs. Semenova has held various prestigious positions, including Associate Professor at the Department of General Surgery from January 2003 to 2011. Concurrently, she served as a surgeon at City Clinical Hospital No. 13 in Moscow from 1999 to 2011, demonstrating exceptional surgical skills and commitment to patient care.

Mrs. Tatiana Semenvoa’s expertise in surgery was recognized by the Central Attestation Commission of the Moscow Department of Health, which awarded her the highest qualification category of Surgeon in 2007, acknowledging her outstanding proficiency in the field.

Since March 2011, Mrs. Semenova has been a valuable resource to the Russian Ministry of Health, where she continues to the advancement of healthcare policies and practices.
