Born in 1978 in Tyumen, Valery Falkov is a prominent figure in Russian academia and government. After graduating with a degree in Law from Tyumen State University, Falkov subsequently earned his Ph.D. in law, further solidifying his expertise in legal affairs. His illustrious career includes pivotal positions within Tyumen State University, including department head, Deputy Director, and ultimately President, demonstrating his commitment to educational advancement and institutional leadership.
Besides academics, Flakov played a crucial role when he served as the voting member of the Tyumen Regional Election Commission and held chairmanship positions in both the Tyumen Regional Council of Young Academics and Professionals and the Tyumen City and Regional Dumas. Further, he chaired the Tyumen Regional Council of University Presidents, showcasing his dedication to fostering collaboration and progress within the educational sector.
