Founded in 1930, Tula State University in Russia is esteemed for its higher education offerings. Its Medical Faculty, established in 1994, evolved into the Tula State University Medical Institute in 2008, providing advanced MBBS programs. The institute excels in delivering higher, postgraduate, and additional education, conducting significant scientific research, and operates under proper licensing and legal frameworks.

With a staff of over 978, including 605 Doctors of Science, 172 Candidates of Science, and 95+ researchers, the institute ensures quality medical education. Presently, over 20,000 students are enrolled, including 1,300+ international students from 71 countries including students from India. Equipped with state-of-the-art medical technologies, such as the Scientific and Educational Center “TulaTECH” and 8 Scientific Laboratories, the institute remains at the forefront of medical education.
